Roxann is in her 14th summer in Perennials at Tagawa Gardens. She has been gardening since she was ten years old in 5 states across the country and abroad in Germany. She has been growing for almost 40 years in the Rocky Mountain Region and continues to strive for ways to make a thriving and beautiful garden space.
