Winter Qigong Series: Warming the Body and Spirit with Juli Kramer
Wednesdays from January 14th through February 18th 10:30 am-11:30 am
Winter invites us to turn inward, yet the shorter days and steady pace of life can leave us feeling tired, tense, or emotionally low. This six-week qigong series offers gentle practices to restore warmth, steadiness, and inner energy during this quiet season.
- Each class includes: Slow, flowing qigong to build internal warmth and ease tension. Breathwork to calm the nervous system and uplift mood.
- A weekly mudra practice — a traditional hand gesture that supports emotional balance and energy flow.
- We’ll explore themes of physical and emotional nourishment each week, helping you rest deeply, move with ease, and feel more grounded and renewed.
- All levels are welcome. No experience required.
Dr. Juli Kramer is the founder of Radiant Shenti and will bring her expertise in the practice of Qigong (pronounced Chee-Gong) to the garden center. You can read more here to learn more about the benefits and specifics of this practice. Tai Chi and Qi Gong – Whole Health Library
