Wednesdays from January 14th through February 18th 10:30 am-11:30 am

Winter invites us to turn inward, yet the shorter days and steady pace of life can leave us feeling tired, tense, or emotionally low. This six-week qigong series offers gentle practices to restore warmth, steadiness, and inner energy during this quiet season.

  • Each class includes: Slow, flowing qigong to build internal warmth and ease tension. Breathwork to calm the nervous system and uplift mood.
  • A weekly mudra practice — a traditional hand gesture that supports emotional balance and energy flow.
  • We’ll explore themes of physical and emotional nourishment each week, helping you rest deeply, move with ease, and feel more grounded and renewed.
  • All levels are welcome. No experience required.

Individual classes are $10 per session or $55 for all six. Please bring water and wear comfortable clothing.
