Vermicomposting is a fun, family-friendly method of utilizing red wiggler worms to produce a superior “worm compost” that is good for gardens, indoor plants, and may even yield extra “wormies” for winter fishing trips. The process utilizes fall leaves, newspaper, and/or unwaxed cardboard and allows you to repurpose non-meat food scraps in an indoor composting system that anyone can learn to use!
