After the family festivities finish on Saturday, October 14 starting at 3 pm, we are kicking off a brand new event for our 21 and up guests to savor the best flavors of Fall, with Drekar Meadery bringing its award-winning meads to sample. Featuring live music, Mediterranean Cuisine from the Gyro King, lawn games, and the final night of our Art Gallery, let’s celebrate our end-of-season harvest together.
What is Mead? Is it wine? Is it Beer? Made by fermenting honey with water, Mead is its own thing. Incorporating seasonal fruits and botanical flavorings makes Mead a unique beverage that must be tasted to be understood. It’s an excellent way to toast the best of harvest season.
