Rachel Burlington, a horticulture industry professional of over ten years, is the current curator of the International Rose Test Garden and co-founder of the non-profit Women in Horticulture. She also serves on the Pacific Northwest’s Great Plant Picks committee. Her perfect non-work day includes either kayaking or skiing in the morning with her dog, Cypress (season dependent), brunch in the afternoon, and then closing the evening by belting out “Don’t Rain on my Parade” to a full house at karaoke.
