Homeschool Botany Class: Parts of a Plant
Hosted at Tagawa Gardens | Ages 5–12 | $10 per student

Calling all curious homeschoolers! Join us for an exciting, hands-on science class all about the Parts of a Plant. In this interactive session, students will:
🔎 Dissect a real flower to explore its anatomy
🌱 Learn about the seeds, leaves, and flowers we eat
🎨 Use creativity to build their own plant model

This botany-based class introduces key biology concepts through exploration and play. Multidisciplinary extension activities are available for continued learning at home, covering elements of language arts, math, social studies, and art.

📚 Aligned with Colorado Academic Standards and the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS).
📅 Classes are held monthly—this session will meet Thursday, August 14 at 10:30 AM.
